9.17-Shooter is confronted by fellow student and dies.

9.17-
From a Newspaper in Spokane, WA.
This week I read a story about a young man, Sam Strahan, who was loved by his father. He was blunt. He got on some people’s nerves. His earthly father had died. He was a wonderful young man who had his father’s unending commitment. He was a happy spirit and inspiring to others around him.

A shooter came into the school in Freeman WA. and this young man confronted the student who was shooting his fellow students. The gunman shot him in the stomach and the face and killed him. He was a true hero and incredible soul. The article also added that he was very close to his father who had recently passed. He loved and watched out his mother and family.

John 10.
14 “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. 17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”
Jesus Christ the perfect example for all of us to lay down our lives for others.
