Refreshing Our Spirits With Scripture

 10.20- We pray that we will not be led into any temptation and that we will be delivered from all evil. We live as children of God who is love in a world that tempts us to hate. With every temptation we can reflect on those who have avoided the snare and the toxic rat poison of hate.  Matthew 5 43  “You have heard that it was said, ‘ You shall love your neighbor  and hate your enemy.’   44  But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,   45  so that you may prove yourselves to be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on  the  evil and  the  good, and sends rain on  the  righteous and  the  unrighteous.   46  For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Even the tax collectors, do they not do the same?   47  And if you greet only your brothers  and sisters , what more are you doing  than others ? Even the Gentiles, do they not do the same?   48  Therefore you shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

 10.18- Every human is created in the image of God. God is love. God loves every human. God has made heaven filled love. Those humans who to be children of God are free to live a life of love from the moment they choose to do so. Free will choice for life with God or apart from God is a daily opportunity. Humans are designed with eternity in their hearts. All nations, all cultures for all times have teaching about what is right and wrong. Choose the way of love today and forever and there will be a rewards you won't regret. .  10.17- The closer the counterfeit is to the real, the more dangerous it is. Loving "in ruts" and "comfort zone" religion is not real religion. These people love religion more than God and those in need Matthew 15 15  Then  some  Pharisees and scribes *came to Jesus from Jerusalem and said,   2  “Why do Your disciples break the tradition of the elders?  10.16- Prayer. When the person is right, but the request is wrong the answer is "No." When the person is right but the timing is wrong the answer is "Slow." When the request is right and the timing is right and the person is not ready the answer is "Grow." When the request is right and the timing is right and the person is right the answer is "Go."  10.15- "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me.  10.14- When you associate with a group. That has Love. Joy. Acceptance. Love of children. Love of truth. All nations. All races. All ages. Forgiveness. Grace. Mercy. Messed up people getting better. You have chosen a good group to hang with.
