Blessed are the peacemakers.

Day of Year: 94
Date: 4.3.14
Favorite Verse: Matthew 24.
22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.

Thought for the day:
Wars finally wear themselves out.  People get tired of it.  Nations run out of money.  The strife does not go on forever.  Eventually the destruction of Jerusalem that Jesus predicted would end and soldiers would move on to fight for other cities.  Jesus looked to His Heavenly Father as being sovereign over all.  I do not know how God rules in these matters.  Jesus said that the days of war and destruction had to end in order for God's elect children to survive and move on to being peacemakers.
