Thought for the day:
History goes through cycles.  Times of war followed by times of peace followed by times of war.  This has been the history of mankind.  During times of war false prophets give predictions of doom that don't really come true.  They prophesy later over and over.  Jesus has a better idea.  Be concerned about love staying hot in your passion for God and for people.  Never let your love for your family drift into lukewarmness.  Above all things, guard your heart.  Stand firm in love and never give it up. You will endure whether a time of war or peace is around the corner.

Save your political action prayers for the meeting with your win/lose political party, whether you are democrat, republican or independependent as far as I'm concerned.
