Refreshing Our Spirits With Scripture

 2.23- No justice. No peace. People are created with eternity in their hearts. Humans aren't built just for this life. The teacher taught that there is a separation on the other side between those who want to live in love and those who don't. As for me when I cross over to the invisible realm, I hope for the creator's mercy, grace and peace. According to his son that is who he is. A God of unfailing love. 2.22- Could I go one day only saying words that build people up? I will try today. Proverbs 22.  2,21- We are teachers, farmers, ranchers, gardeners, nurses, doctors, dental assistants, accountants, warehouse workers, government employees, bankers, real estate loan officers, counselors, truck drivers, EMTs, firemen, computer specialists, writers and ministers. These are the daily jobs of people i get to pray for in my family and friendship circle. They bring a little piece of heaven's joy into their workplace by showing up on time, being fairminded and kind. Being hopeful and upbeat. Be competent and persistent. Finishing the day strong. This on a good day. We fail and have bad days. Then we need a fresh start and our God's mercies are new every morning.  2.20- There a group of high school and college students who have decided to carry a "dumb phone" instead of a smart phone. They want to free. They desire to not get their self image from a smart phone. It is good not to be mastered by anything. True freedom. The choice to forgive and turn anyone who has hurt you over to the perfect judgement of God clears the sludge out of our hearts and minds and souls. This develops a culture of grace, mercy and peace in our family and workplace. Imagine how deciding to have a flip phone "dumb phone" and use it as a phone would change a life. What if we decided we would avoid all hateful communication? What freedom!
