5.13-Jesus brings loving forgiveness to us.

5.13- John 1. 17  For Moses gave us only the Law with its rigid demands and merciless justice, while Jesus Christ brought us loving forgiveness as well. Romans 7. 7  Don’t you understand yet, dear Jewish brothers [ a ] in Christ, that when a person dies the law no longer holds him in its power? 2  Let me illustrate: when a woman marries, the law binds her to her husband as long as he is alive. But if he dies, she is no longer bound to him; the laws of marriage no longer apply to her. 3  Then she can marry someone else if she wants to. 5.12- A wise man’s words are able to “spur” us to improve our lives. All truth is God’s truth. Ecclesiastes 12 9  But then, because the Preacher was wise, he went on teaching the people all he knew; and he collected proverbs and classified them. 10  For the Preacher was not only a wise man but a good teacher; he not only taught what he knew to the people, but taught them in an interesting manner. 11  The wise man’s words are like goads that spur to action. They nail down important truths. Students are wise who master what their teachers tell them. 12  But, my son, be warned: there is no end of opinions ready to be expressed.
