The Art of Encouragement

The art of encouragement.
I recently was working out and feeling quite useless and tired out. I met a guy, Bill, who told me that I looked more like 55 years old than nearly 70. I felt like thanking God for his poor eyesight, but I did not.
Encouragement.
We all wait for it and need it.
It is to feel useful and needed.
It is a summons for our help.
It feels good to be needed. This is especially great when people overcome barriers. These recognize our unique value to affirm us.
Another form of encouragement is when someone reduces the burdens placed upon us by wrongful, toxic and legalistic religious systems. They set us free from unnecessary burdens.
When we realize that God is wanting to help us it is a great encouragement. Our Father in heaven strengthens us at times confronting us but always building us up as His children. God has a welcome mat out for all of us who want to live in love and peace. He trains us how to feel at home in our friendship.
Try to find something useful in all people and you will encourage many people in your lifetime.
Be honest if you guess someone's age but help them to believe they are very useful and needed.
