7.11-Jesus as a healer and God the Father stands for justice to bring order to the world.

7.11

Psalm 119.7

Then I shall not be ashamed
When I look [d]upon all Your commandments.

Matthew 8 reminds us that:

Jesus is a healer.  Some of our sickness is because of our choices and some is not. We don't know so to pray and be quiet is generally best.  To try to bless and heal is our role.

Jesus removes fever from the sick.
The lamb of God takes away sin and fills our hearts with joy.  He is the fulfillment of God's plans to free His children from guilt and shame and give them a guide to a great life.

Jesus heals long distance.

Jesus heals those with mental problems.  He is powerful and unafraid to go where others would not go.  He interacts and blesses.

Jesus is unafraid of storms because He knows the Father's love and power.  People's vengeance is a bad storm, but God's justice through the proper authority is calm and order and leads to peace.  He is bold to promise that He will stand up for consequences for those who do bad things.  Some is on this earth and some is the judgment from God after death.  Justice is in the hearts of people.  People are created to desire justice.  We go through times where we must have discipline. Those who know God would rather have consequences from Him than from men on earth. Many get by with evil here on earth, but not forever. God will deal with evildoers.

2 Thessalonians 1.
To the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren, as is only fitting, because your faith is greatly enlarged, and the love of each one of you toward one another grows ever greater; therefore, we ourselves speak proudly of you among the churches of God for your [a]perseverance and faith in the midst of all your persecutions and afflictions which you endure. This is a plain indication of God’s righteous judgment so that you will be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which indeed you are suffering. [b]For after all it is only just [c]for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you, and to give relief to you who are afflicted [d]and to us as well [e]when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with [f]His mighty angels in flaming fire, dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes to be glorified [g]in His [h]saints on that day, and to be marveled at among all who have believed—for our testimony to you was believed. 11 To this end also we pray for you always, that our God will [i]count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the work of faith with power, 12 so that the name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalm 6.
O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger,
Nor chasten me in Your wrath.
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am pining away;
Heal me, O Lord, for my bones are dismayed.
And my soul is greatly dismayed;
But You, O Lord—how long?
Return, O Lord, rescue my [b]soul;
Save me because of Your lovingkindness.
For there is no [c]mention of You in death;
In [d]Sheol who will give You thanks?
I am weary with my sighing;
Every night I make my bed swim,
I dissolve my couch with my tears.
My eye has wasted away with grief;
It has become old because of all my adversaries.
Depart from me, all you who do iniquity,
For the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.
The Lord has heard my supplication,
The Lord receives my prayer.
10 All my enemies will be ashamed and greatly dismayed;
They shall [e]turn back, they will suddenly be ashamed.
