Do not be afraid of anyone but God.  Be careful how you think and feel about God.  If you are a child of God then He is going to discipline you and painfully correct you at times, but be assured you are His child and eventually things will work out okay.

Luke 12.

4 “I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that have no more that they can do. 5 But I will [d]warn you whom to fear: fear the One who, after He has killed, has authority to cast into [e]hell; yes, I tell you, fear Him! 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two [f]cents? You men of little faith! 29 And do not seek what you will eat and what you will drink, and do not keep worrying. 30 For [n]all these things the nations of the world eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But seek His kingdom, and these things will be added to you. 32 Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.

Save your political action prayers for the meeting with your win/lose political party, whether you are democrat, republican or independependent as far as I'm concerned.
