1. Examine yourself.
2. Rejoice when others are strong.
3. Use your position of authority to build up people.
4. Aim for perfection.
5. Be of one mind with others who love God.
6. Live in peace.
7. Be loving and friendly in the way you greet people.
8. Allow for the grace of Jesus, the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit to bless you.

 4.24- Spiritual growth with God happens most commonly in times of intense stress and suffering. Scripture indicates the best prayers are honest conversations between God and some of His children.  Moses. Jonah.
