4.23-I must improve my conversations

4.23-


I feel love and appreciation for the close friends God has given to me in this stage of my life. They are a treasure. In order to keep these relationships strong a need that I have is that I steer clear of arguments and quarrels, but I also must avoid impatience with people who have a different idea on things than I have. To accomplish this requires deep love and excellent conversations.

Ephesians 4.
25 Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. 26 Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, 27 and do not give the devil [s]an opportunity. 28 He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with [t]one who has need. 29 Let no [u]unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification [v]according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. 30 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, [w]by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven [x]you.

Ephesians 5.
5 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; 2 and walk in love, just as Christ also loved [y]you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God [z]as a fragrant aroma.

Save your political action prayers for the meeting with your win/lose political party, whether you are democrat, republican or independependent as far as I'm concerned. Preach and sing the gospel but leave moral slobbery for some group that doesn't abuse children and cover it up and practices racism as a normal thing.
