9.30-Is it possible for someone who doesn't have knowledge of the Bible to know God?

Is it possible for someone who doesn't have knowledge of the Bible to know God? What if someone does not have anyone to teach them? What if someone is illiterate? Can they still know God?
Romans 1.
19 because that which is known about God is evident [m]within them; for God made it evident to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
Look at the design of the universe and you know something about the designer.
