Let your light shine

1.      Something happened at Wheeler High School that I wanted to make sure your readers knew about.  One of the mom's of a middle school athlete decided to commit to make it her mission to inspire their booster club from complete chaos to be well organized and highly motivated.
2.
3.      This woman is an accountant for a local business, Farmburger.  She had her boys graduate from the athletic program but kept using her skills working 20 to 30 hours a week in season and almost as much out of season.
4.
5.      She first volunteered to be the treasurer.  Then after two years of raising funds from every possible means to help poor athletes to get the equipment they needed she took on other jobs.  She has been the President of her booster club for the last two years.  Tonight at the football banquet they decided to recognize here for giving eight years of her life to this great work of being the coordinator of the middle school and high school football booster club for Wheeler High School.
6.
7.      I just thought you should know this.  Her name is Amy  Goggins.  Last year she was district volunteer of the year.  This year her club decided to gave an award each year for the Middle school and High school called the Amy Goggins Volunteer of the Year Award.
8.
9.      The news covers bad stories when booster clubs are not doing what they should be doing in high schools in Georgia.  This would be  good story of good things happening in your coverage.

    Matthew 5.

13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how [e]can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.
14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a [f]hill cannot be hidden; 15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a [g]basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
