12.7- Do not be a stumbling block to the spiritual path of the little ones.

 12.7-

Do not be a stumbling block to the spiritual path of the little ones.

Rather be alert to this happening in your own life and be aware of it happening around you.

When someone else does this to hurt others it is important to step up to the situation and demand change.  If they change and do the right thing, forgive them as God forgives you.

Luke 17.

17 He said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that [a]stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! It [b]would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble. [c]Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ [d]forgive him.”

The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” And the Lord said, “If you [e]had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea’; and it would [f]obey you.
