6.11-
Push the children of God including yourself, most and
firstly yourself to move forward from accepting the grace and mercy of God. We move forward into service with whatever
gifts we have. Sometimes we serve and complain because others
don’t serve in the way we do.
Luke 10.
38 Now as
they were traveling along, He entered a village; and a woman named Martha
welcomed Him into her home. 39 And she had a sister
called Mary, who was also seated at the Lord’s feet, and was
listening to His word. 40 But Martha was
distracted with [u]all her
preparations; and she came up to Him and said, “Lord, do You
not care that my sister has left me to do the serving [v]by
myself? Then tell her to help me.” 41 But the Lord answered and
said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried
and distracted by many things; 42 but only one
thing is necessary; for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be
taken away from her.”
Peter encouraged us to do our work and present
our gifts without complaining about others not doing their part.
1 Peter 4.
9 Be hospitable to one
another without complaint. 10 As each one has received
a special gift, employ it in serving one another as
good stewards of the [h]multifaceted
grace of God.
Some have the gift of hospitality without complaint.
Proverbs 31.
14 She is
like merchant ships;
She brings her food from afar.
15 And
she rises while it is still night
And gives food to her household,
And [i]portions
to her attendants.
Some who do this work do the hospitality with complaints.
