 4.17-

I like pictures that reflect Sheila's life with our children and grandchildren.
About two years ago Sheila began to experience an unusual amount of pain in her abdominal area. We went to see our doctor and began a journey into a different phase of our life.
I learned so much about how to cope with pain from Sheila's life. Even her children didn't realize the extent of her pain with her ability
to not grumble or complain.
When you don't know some people personally you may think they have no heavy loads to bear. Get closer and you find out the peace and light heartedness are not without burdens but perhaps developed by them.
Two years after that appointment I read from Oswald Chambers words.
"If your burden is weighing on you just now, remember that no power on earth or in hell can defeat the Spirit of God inside a human spirit. To be born again in the Spirit is to gain an inner invincibility. Recall this to your mind whenever you find yourself beginning to grumble. If you have the whine in you, kick it out. It is positively a crime to be weak in God’s strength"

Philippians 2.

12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.

14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[c] Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. 17 But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. 18 So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.
