When great people do things to help people that is it's purpose is to help without thoughts of impressing people with their deeds.
The best prayers are when the beginning and end of the prayer are close together along with down to earth communication from the heart.

Matthew 6

6 “Take care not to practice your righteousness in the sight of people, to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven.

2 “So when you [a]give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, so that they will be praised by people. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 3 But when you [b]give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your charitable giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.

The drain of the energy in the victory event should be followed by healthy restoration through decompression, nutrition and joyful, healthy and playful events that are free from moral danger. This week I had a day of amazing "yes" answers to prayer. One event culminated 44 years of prayers for something. Then I was drained and got into a bad thought drainage ditch.
