What is the best thing I can do today?
There's some blockage or obstacles in the way that makes this impossible.
What is the next best thing I can do today?
My son asked me what the plan today?
Study for a Zoom meeting with my minister friend and learning partner who has worked with me off and on for nearly 50 years, 48 to be exact. Most of those years we didn't have weekly contact but for the last several years we have. We learn with and from each other, laugh at and with each and pray together.
He trains some highly intelligent people in Princeton, New Jersey and an old country guy from Bug Tussle,Texas among others. He has refused to let me quit learning and growing.
What else dad?
Oak Ridge Zoom Bible class at 7pm.
What else dad?
Not sure but whatever it will be good.
A few .minutes later I found out my small group from church is coming at 2pm.today.
This great day after 22 days with my grandson. What a full, abundant life I have been given.Thank you God.

He is compassionate. He is gracious. he is slow to anger.  He is abounding in love.  4.25- Have you had a Doctor of nurse that changed you life.  I have.  I broke my ankle on this date twenty years ago.  I went to a specialist who did not have a very good bedside manner, but he helped to adjust to my new reality.  He said, "I have some good news for you and some bad news for you. The bad news is that you will never run and play sports like you have in the past after this event.  I am going to get you connected with a good man who will fix you a perfect orthodic for your ankle and fit you with braces and you will not have great pain and you will be able to walk effectively. By being blunt and honest with me and not giving me false hope he actually helped me.  He did that and I have been able to walk ever since and for is help as well as his nursing staff.   I should mention teachers and coaches and principals who helped us rear our children.
