Jesus used others to do for you what you could not do for yourself.

Favorite Verse: Mark 3.13
13 And He *went up on the mountain and *summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him.

Thought for the day:
Jesus opened the door for these twelve men to be trained by Him.  They were not of the religious elite.  They were not of the same occupation or place in life.  They had a variety of strengths and weaknesses. They had in common that they had been invited by Jesus to learn from Him how to "fish for men".  If you are reading this, you probably have had doors opened for you by Jesus.  Literacy in English for one, access to a computer and freedom of religion.  Jesus wants you to be blessed by reading and learning about His life.  Let's be grateful for the opportunities that we have that so many do not have.
