6.16-Week 1-Thursday-We believe in God's power to resurrect Jesus. People dead spiritually can be revived also.
John 1.
18 The Jews then said to Him, “What sign do You show us [g]as your authority for doing these things?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this [h]temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” 20 The Jews then said, “It took forty-six years to build this [i]temple, and will You raise it up in three days?” 21 But He was speaking of the [j]temple of His body. 22 So when He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He said this; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.
23 Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name, observing His signs which He was doing. 24 But Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men, 25 and because He did not need anyone to testify concerning man, for He Himself knew what was in man.

Psalm
4 For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness;
No evil [e]dwells with You.
5 The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes;
You hate all who do iniquity.
6 You destroy those who speak falsehood;
The Lord abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.
7 But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house,
[f]At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.
No evil [e]dwells with You.
5 The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes;
You hate all who do iniquity.
6 You destroy those who speak falsehood;
The Lord abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.
7 But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house,
[f]At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.
8 O Lord, lead me in Your righteousness because of [g]my foes;
Make Your way [h]straight before me.
9 There is nothing [i]reliable in [j]what they say;
Their inward part is destruction itself.
Their throat is an open grave;
They [k]flatter with their tongue.
10 Hold them guilty, O God;
By their own devices let them fall!
In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out,
For they are rebellious against You.
Make Your way [h]straight before me.

11 But let all who take refuge in You be glad,
Let them ever sing for joy;
And [l]may You shelter them,
That those who love Your name may exult in You.
12 For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord,
You surround him with favor as with a shield.
Let them ever sing for joy;
And [l]may You shelter them,

You surround him with favor as with a shield.
