Splashing Water Makes the Angels Laugh
Become Like a Child Splashing in the
Water
“Turned on the water sprinkler in
the front yard. Jared walked into it and it took his breath away. He continued
to walk in it and cry. I kept calling to him and he wouldn’t come. Just stood
there and started laughing. Had to go turn it off to get him out of it. He is
whistling a lot.
He and Larry took a two and one half
hour walk today. Jared in the stroller. They went to the library and went to
the park where Larry swung him for thirty minutes and he said that Jared
laughed most of the time.”

“Went to the North Richland Hills
Centre for one of our twice weekly aquatics walks in the lazy river, but we
walked against the current for forty minutes which help us to not be lazy. It
has strengthened our legs, feet and ankles in the last two years.
A little child about eight months
old and his mother came and entertained us in the last half of our time in the
pool. He was completely trusting of his mother. She did nothing to make him
afraid. She was close to him at all times.
He seemed so cheerful, joyous and
innocent. He never focused on us as far as I know. He was not threatened of us
or friendly with us but he stayed connected to his mother.
I couldn’t help but see the angels
in heaven having good time laughing with the Father about what an amazing child
and mother. This mother seemed to have a smile on her face similar to her
son’s. They were at first very close in proximity as he ran and jumped in the
kiddie pool area.
As I rested in the shallow hot tub
to finish my time there the mother moved into deep water carrying her son. He
again was in total joy in the security of both of her arms. She had her strong
arms situated where they were holding him close to her heart, but also
supporting him very securely.
There were two life guards watching
Sheila and I and when the mother and child came out another life guard came to
watch over this mother and child. There was no one present who did not have the
good of that child in their heart and mind. It was pure joy because it was
total security, peace, joy and love.”

Matthew 18.
18 At
that [a]time the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Who
then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 And He called a child to Himself and set him [b]before them, 3 and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you [c]are converted and become like children, you
will not enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is
the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever receives one such child in My name
receives Me; 6 but
whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it [d]would be better for him to have a [e]heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to
be drowned in the depth of the sea.
