They admit their failures and get up and try again to help others.
They know what’s permanent and what’s not.
They take the energy of violent, testosterone-statured young men and channel them into becoming men who can be strong and gentle.
They are persistent, focused self-disciplined, but able to understand the weakness of those they lead.
They don’t prepare a path for the students, they prepare the students for the path.

 8.19- If we suffer for doing wrong things that is normal and teaches us to stop doing that. Murder or even anger and hate are not proper for us. Embezelling, shoplifting and all stealing causes fine, jail and other trouble. Mature people we are taught to not even be "meddler" or "busybody in other people's business." God help us to Stay in our own lane. And Keep our eyes on your own paper. Let us Be quick to hear and slow to speak. I need to quit judging people start loving people instead. Now if we do right and get suffering for doing right then we can have joy in that suferrig. 1 Peter 4 15  If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler.   16  However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.
