There is religion and there is pure religion.
Jesus is 100% pure.
Jesus did not major in minors.
Jesus was merciful to people who were caught hurting themselves.
Jesus was strong against those who were hurting others.
Today's religion is not pure.
Pure religion's focus is on helping the hurting.

James 1.
26 If anyone thinks himself to be religious, yet does not [z]bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this person’s religion is worthless. 27 Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained [aa]by the world.

Save your political action prayers for the meeting with your win/lose political party, whether you are democrat, republican or independependent as far as I'm concerned.
