11.14- One needs to have the attitude moving in the right direction before the body will move in the right

 11.14-

One needs to have the attitude moving in the right direction before the body will move in the right direction. Jesus fixed the spirit before the body.
"This is going to be be a day of God's generousity."
"Don't be lazy."
"One step at a time."
At age 76 I am blessed to still be able to have healthy feet, ankles and legs. I thank God for grocery carts, canes and friends including my buddy named "buggy".
I avoided shopping in my grocery store for about 30 months. When I left there was Albert, the manager, 2 Joyce's, Pete in produce. Now there are two Cathy's.
Yesterday i was told I was missed. Wow. Joyce seemed to suspect maybe I had been picked up by Jesus and moved to heaven. One of the Cathy's had a vest full of badges of awards. The customer before me was in a handicap cart and was the caretaker for her severely "other abled" sister. The lady spoke with a dialect saying, "My husband left."
Cathy with the badges said, "You mean he divorced you?"
"No, he went up" and she pointed to heaven.
The checkout lady with the badges is hard at work with a heart to help us socialize while she has "fibri mialga" and "70%" liver failure.
My aunt Doodie Philips threw a home-cooked feast for her grocery clerk friends for many years. She was the most fun. The fact is we need to get up, move about if we can. Listen, pray for each other because we need each other. Do not take people for granted.
Albert moved on to another store. One Joyce retired and two Cathy's are still helping. What a beautiful day yesterday was and what a country.

1 Thessalonians 5.

12 Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. 14 And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt 21 but test them all; hold on to what is good, 22 reject every kind of evil.

23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.

25 Brothers and sisters, pray for us. 26 Greet all God’s people with a holy kiss. 27 I charge you before the Lord to have this letter read to all the brothers and sisters.

28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
