The joy of deep, loving community comes not from common words because words are cheap. The intimacy and fellowship comes from common words and practices and habits.
Words without the actions can actually be a turn off to trust and respect. Once the teacher was asked if he wanted his family to have a front row seat. He said my family is the people who practice the ways of God.
Life built on words without deeds is a house built on sand. When people hear
and practice
what they hear is to build on a rock that allows them to sleep during life's storms.
When I read this I must cry out for mercy and grace from God who is full of unfailing love.

Luke 8
19 Now His mother and brothers came to Him, and they were unable to get to Him because of the crowd. 20 And it was reported to Him, “Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, wishing to see You.” 21 But He answered and said to them, “My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.”

 6.10- The Power of Keeping a Confidence I have a close friend who started listening to my confidential words 46 years ago. He guards his lips and preserves secrets and deep friendship. He does not speak rashly. He doesn't add shame to the bad things l have experienced. He reduces my burdens by his grace. He has good judgement regarding when to speak and when to remain silent. This gives him good long term friends and deep joy.  4.2- The right kind of freedom versus the wrong kind of freedom. We were born to be free. This kind gives us the mastery under God to become excellent farmers and craftsmen.
