4.5-When things seem out of control, they are not.

4.5- If we are a saved child of God, you have some special advantages.   We have a good conscience because of the forgiveness of sins which was won for us on the cross.  1 Peter 3. 21  Corresponding to that, baptism now saves you—not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God [ q ] for a good conscience—through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22  who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him. Jesus was resurrected from the grace proving that His mission of coming to the earth and saving us worked.   He is now at the right hand of God to explain to God what we need.   He knows what rejection feels like.   Jesus was rejected by even his own brothers in the flesh.   He was rejected by the elders and chief priests of His own religion.     When we lose a job or have financial shortages we can feel like we have been rejected by an employer or even our Father in heaven.   Jesus c

4.4- Sometimes we try to do what is right and still things don’t go right.

4.4- Sometimes we try to do what is right and still things don’t go right.   To be a loyal worker and helper and still things seem to not go your way. We need to remember that it is better to suffer as a person doing what is right than to suffer as a person doing what is wrong. Jesus was completely innocent.   He is the only sinless person that ever walked on the earth.   Even as they were putting him on trial prior to His death on the cross they could find nothing wrong with Him.   He died for us.   He died in our place.   He died as the scapegoat for the sins of the whole world and for each of us. 1 Peter 3. 17  For it is better, if [ m ] God should will it so, that you suffer for doing what is right rather than for doing what is wrong. 18  For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the [ n ] spirit; The effect of His death, once for all, the

4.3-A part of my greatest joy with Jesus is knowing that can use my gifts for His work.

4.3- There is no joy like knowing you are cherished. You are unique.  None other in the world like God made you.  You are fearfully and wonderfully made. John 15. 9  Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. 10  If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. 11  These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. Psalm 139. For You formed my [ i ] inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. 14  I will give thanks to You, for [ j ] I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. 15  My [ k ] frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; 16  Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me , When as yet there was not one of them.

4.2-Words are cheap. Behavior is expensive. Freedom is not free.

4.2- Real love is not so much words, but in deeds. John 15. 14  You are My friends if you do what I command you. 1 John 5. 5  Whoever believes that Jesus is the [ ae ] Christ is [ af ] born of God, and whoever loves the [ ag ] Father loves the child [ ah ] born of Him. 2  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and [ ai ] observe His commandments. 3  For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome.   It is behavior that shows our love.
