1.13-Why can’t I accomplish challenging things?

1.13- Why can’t I accomplish challenging things?    Because you don’t believe God is able to do them. Those who say it can’t be done are overrun by those who are doing it. Acts 12. 5  All the time that Peter was under heavy guard in the jailhouse, the church prayed for him most strenuously. 6  Then the time came for Herod to bring him out for the kill. That night, even though shackled to two soldiers, one on either side, Peter slept like a baby. And there were guards at the door keeping their eyes on the place. Meditation can help people who are aging to have excellent mental improvement. Improved self-awareness. Improved self-control. Improved focus and attention. Improved ability to execute follow through. Improved memory. Jesus made prayer and reflection upon Scripture the very basis of his life on earth. We quiet our hearts. We move our mind from the things of this world to reflect on   If you know how to worry you know how to meditate.   Nothing can do more to transform your life and make you more like Jesus than daily reflection on God and His word. -God’s word.   We read a passage.   Perhaps in silence.   Perhaps aloud. We might survey and large port
