Psalm 119. 110  The wicked have laid a snare for me, Yet I have not gone astray from Your precepts. He calls us to the life of a soldier in the army with strong discipline flowing through our spiritual veins.   The difference in our life as a soldier is that our commander is gentle riding in on donkey of sacrifice and peace and mercy, not violence and war.

5.1- It is right to ask our big strong God for big things that we want and need.   If you believe that God wants something for your life, then by all means its good to listen to Him and speak to Him about it. With Jesus it is not words or our past mistakes that is important.    Ecclesiastes 10. 14  Yet the fool multiplies words. It is our genuine repentance and readiness to change to the better.   He is made joyful by lives that turn around toward forgiveness, grace and refreshment of soul to those in need.   The prisoners.     The poor. Proverbs 21. 13  He who shuts his ear to the cry of the poor Will also cry himself and not be answered.   The hungry.   The oppressed.   There is much good work to do in our community.   If you are ready to get busy doing it there is room for you on the team.   It doesn’t matter your past career.   Bureaucrat or nighttime prostitute.   You can change and become a worker for Jesus and with His disciples.
