Refreshing Our Spirits With Scripture

 11.15- It is best to be real about who we are and what we can do. If we are seeking a job, it is good to stretch ourselves and have faith in God's help. But it is important to be real about our abilities. Catfishing is pretending in our online presentation to be different than who we are. We should not present a fictional persona of ourselves that is not true. What is conceived in the dark will be revealed in the daylight.  11.13-   Our country needs prayers for healing. What works in prayer? When you realize something doesn’t work then stop using it. When you realize something works then use it repeatedly. Faith in God works in our prayer. Saying what we want to happen works. Refusing to doubt works. Believing you have received what you have asked for works. Forgiving anything against anyone works.  11.12-   “Lord O Mercy” It wasn’t your fault Madison. I came up to the Walmart pick up in a good mood I thought. I dialed 817-3*0-9861 I got a recorder with a generic greeting. I told the recorder I was there at number 6 and ready for my pick up order for Larry Wishard. There were two cars when I got there. They were served. Then another car came up and was waited on. Then another. Humm. When the lady came out the next time, I got her attention. “Maam I called and got your recorder. I have been here quite a while (twelve minutes) and wondered if something had gone wrong. She said, “We don’t have a recorder, but I will go get your order next.” “Thanks.” Then my phone rings. It is Evelyn who is a real estate agent. “I think you dialed my number thinking it was the Walmart number.” I said, “I’m sorry." She replied, "It happens all the time.” “Thanks.” 817-3*0-9861 instead of the correct number 817-3*0-9681. I had transposed the numbers all three times I dialed it. The Walmart

 11.10- Elections cannot change the character of God. He uses those of us who are able to help others who have needs to connect with Jesus who is the great healer of people. He wants us to be bold and confident to tell our family members what God has done to help us. When people reach out to each other and attempt to share how they have been helped, this has a couple of ways it helps others.   They don’t feel isolated and they may find in our story of being helped a path for them to receive help as well.   There is a spiritual and mental healing that is the beginning of any healing.   If one wants to get well then they make moves to help get help.   Healing spiritually and of a groups looks like this from Jesus perspective.  11.9- God loves people that have mental health problems. God loves people who have sin problems.
