11.20- Do you know the joy of being loved by God?

11.20- Do you know the joy of being loved by God? Jesus prayed His final prayer before His death on the cross hoping that His followers would know the Father's love for them. Enough to allow Jesus, His only Son, to die as a ransom price for their freedom. That is to know you are a weak person but cherished by our Father in heaven. Our Father in heaven "gets you". You are a completely unique human being. Loved by God. You may also feel love from your family and spiritual family. That is also great. One famous writer who had bad eyes that drained on to his face wrote that his friends would give their eyes for him if they could. He felt love from his friends in addition to God's love. If you have this today and people to help then you are blessed. John 17 20  “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,   21  that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that

11.19- Great helpers do more than they were asked to do

11.19- Great helpers do more than they were asked to do. 1 Timothy 6 6  All who are under the yoke of slavery should consider their masters worthy of full respect, so that God’s name and our teaching may not be slandered.   2  Those who have believing masters should not show them disrespect just because they are fellow believers. Instead, they should serve them even better because their masters are dear to them as fellow believers and are devoted to the welfare [ a ]  of their slaves.

11.18- I know some honest men and women were elected yesterday.

11.18- I know some honest men and women were elected yesterday. Some who put the country before party. Some who put people before power. God bless them. For 2022 years Jesus is King of Jews and Gentiles and King of Kings Lord of Lords. God please help us, your children, to humble ourselves and pray and would you heal our land. Amen. 1 Timothy 6. 11  But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.   12  Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.   13  In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you   14  to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,   15  which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord

11.17- I was off kilter yesterday. I'm still reflecting as to why.

11.17- I was off kilter yesterday. I'm still reflecting as to why. Put on your seat belt friends this is a deep dive today. I heard hard news yesterday so bear with me please. (A private matter.) It is often the case that after a significant victory that life has some times of trial and trouble. A voice inside offers shame or self accusation or doubt. Jesus taught His followers more about satan's temptations than any teacher of His time frame. Satan, according to Jesus, is a liar and murderer. Lies are his native language. He kills the heart and soul and then family loyalty and love. He then pushes a person to more isolation and shame rather than humility, repentance, forgiveness, grace and reconciliation with the God of love and our fellow man. When I see this kind of human destruction I try to get alone and think and pray. Self examination and my own soul work. Then I must get back on track writing about God's love and grace and encouraging people. I need to help others

11.16- Don't let anyone but your creator set your self image.

11.16- Don't let anyone but your creator set your self image. Don't let anyone but the designer of the universe set the image of your child. The only limits of what can be accomplished in our lives is the will of God. Jesus taught us to pray,"Your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." Everything under His will is possible for one who believes. Mark 9. 14  When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them.   15  As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him. 16  “What are you arguing with them about?”  he asked. 17  A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech.   18  Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.” 19  “You unb

11.15- Humans have burdens.

11.15- Humans have burdens. The right time to plant and to give up and uproot. A time to tear down the old and build the new. A time to mourn and a time to dance. A time to keep and a time to throw away. A time be silent and a time to speak. When we are burdened and tired of our job it seems like an ugly job. After being unemployed and hungry the same job might look beautiful. A song I remember said "everything is beautiful in its own way". A writer about 3,000 years ago wrote that our creator has "set eternity in the human heart." Jesus said if you were burdened and weary to come to him and you could find rest for your soul because he is gentle and humble. He said his yoke was easy and his burden was light. God says that He who started a good work in you would finish it in you. What promises we have as children of God. Ecclesiastes 3. Humans have burdens. The right time to plant and to give up and uproot. A time to tear down the old and build the new. A time

11.14- Human beings have the task of not misusing animals.

11.14- Human beings have the task of not misusing animals. I saw several city horses and a herd of city cows. North Richland Hills, Keller and Colleyville have farm animals and even a corn field. I drove two hours up to Gober Texas and beyond to Oak Ridge.and saw a herd of Longhorns. Both groups of humans, city and country, appeared to be preparing well for the winter upcoming. Bales of hay wrapped in plastic. Fall rains have been so needed and appreciated. We are grateful. God provides witness to His love with rains and fruit. I had baked beans and a fabulous bacon cheeseburger at Mama's Trailer. Thank you Carol Wishard. No better food and fellowship. The trees are turning. Green, yellow, orange, rust and brown. Cool temperatures with windows down and what hair I have blowing in the wind down Sam Rayburn highway. Wise men have written that God has written His presence all over nature. He teaches His children to take care of the earth and the animals whether city or country

11.14- One needs to have the attitude moving in the right direction before the body will move in the right

11.14- One needs to have the attitude moving in the right direction before the body will move in the right direction. Jesus fixed the spirit before the body. "This is going to be be a day of God's generousity." "Don't be lazy." "One step at a time." At age 76 I am blessed to still be able to have healthy feet, ankles and legs. I thank God for grocery carts, canes and friends including my buddy named "buggy". I avoided shopping in my grocery store for about 30 months. When I left there was Albert, the manager, 2 Joyce's, Pete in produce. Now there are two Cathy's. Yesterday i was told I was missed. Wow. Joyce seemed to suspect maybe I had been picked up by Jesus and moved to heaven. One of the Cathy's had a vest full of badges of awards. The customer before me was in a handicap cart and was the caretaker for her severely "other abled" sister. The lady spoke with a dialect saying, "My husband left." Ca
