July 4, 2015 In 1995 I was in Russia on short mission trip and ran into a woman clutching her Bible and holding it to her chest. She came into a session where we were studying the Bible with the people and she explained why her Bible was so important to her. When she was ten years old in 1917 the revolution came and Bibles were banned by Lenin. He family had placed some Bibles in the walls of their home. Isn't it great that America is a country which has certain freedoms built into the foundation documents of our country. The First Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. 365 Verses That Can Transform Your Life.-7.2-During the revoluntary war Ben Franklin said, "We must all hang together or we will all hang together."

Luke 11. 17  Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall.

365 Vereses That Can Transform Your Life.-7.1-Be shamelessly Audacious in your goals and prayers. Launch out there.

Luke 11. 5  Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; 6  a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ 7  And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ 8  I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity [ e ] he will surely get up and give you as much as you need. 9  “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10  For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 11  “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for [ f ] a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12  Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13  If you then, though

365 Verses that can transform your life.-6.30-Here is the perfect prayer template for human beings. Millions have used it effectively.

Luke 11. 11  One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” 2  He said to them, “When you pray, say: “‘Father, [ a ] hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. [ b ] 3  Give us each day our daily bread. 4  Forgive us our sins,      for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. [ c ] And lead us not into temptation. [ d ] ’”

365 Verses that Can Transform your life.-6.29-Jesus didn't want women distracted by worry, but to listen to God and have peace.

Luke 10. 38  As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39  She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40  But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” 41  “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42  but few things are needed—or indeed only one. [ f ] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”

He's My King!

He's My King He's My King The Bible says my King is the King of the Jews. He’s the King of Israel. He’s the King of Righteousness. He’s the King of the Ages. He’s the King of Heaven. He’s the King of Glory. He’s the King of kings, and He’s the Lord of lords. That’s my King. I wonder, do you know Him? My King is a sovereign King. No means of measure can define His limitless love. He’s enduringly strong. He’s entirely sincere. He’s eternally steadfast. He’s immortally graceful. He’s imperially powerful. He’s impartially merciful. Do you know Him? He’s the greatest phenomenon that has ever crossed the horizon of this world. He’s God’s Son. He’s the sinner’s Saviour. He’s the centerpiece of civilization. He’s unparalleled. He’s unprecedented. He is the loftiest idea in literature. He’s the highest personality in philosophy. He’s the fundamental doctrine of true theology. He’s the only one qualified to be an all sufficient Saviour. I wonder if yo

365 Verses that Can Transform Your Life.-6.28-What does love for one's neighbor look like?

Luke 10. 25  On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 26  “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?” 27  He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ [ c ] ; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ [ d ] ” 28  “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.” 29  But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” 30  In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31  A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32  So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33  But a Samaritan, as he trave
