"Leadership is helping people to get from where they are to where they want to be."
The teacher once was teaching in a home with a thatched roof and a big crowd was there filled the house. Four leaders had a lame, immobile friend who needed two things. Forgiveness and power to walk. These four leaders broke a hole in the roof and lowered the man down through the hole. He was forgiven with a few words from the teacher. Then with few more words he was able to walk.

 6.10- The Power of Keeping a Confidence I have a close friend who started listening to my confidential words 46 years ago. He guards his lips and preserves secrets and deep friendship. He does not speak rashly. He doesn't add shame to the bad things l have experienced. He reduces my burdens by his grace. He has good judgement regarding when to speak and when to remain silent. This gives him good long term friends and deep joy.  4.2- The right kind of freedom versus the wrong kind of freedom. We were born to be free. This kind gives us the mastery under God to become excellent farmers and craftsmen. We fall down and get up in this pursuit, but we gain spiritual humility which helps us improve. Ready. fire and aim better. Fake freedom is fly paper and the fly.
