44 “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

Thought for the day: Sell out!  Have you ever wanted something so badly that you would sell everything you had in order to buy that.  God has set up a kingdom so that everyone has what it takes to receive the kingdom of heaven.  100% of your heart is what it costs.  He wants us to be "all in."   When one is being interviewed for a job and the potential employee is taking about when will his days off be, that is not a good sign.  The kind of employee people want is one who wants to be able to give his focus to and be proud of the work.  God gives skill to people, but it comes at the cost of ones total attention.   Someone once said to a great musician, "I would give my life to play like that."  To which he replied, "That's exactly what it will cost you."

Save your political action prayers for the meeting with your win/lose political party, whether you are democrat, republican or independependent as far as I'm concerned. Preach and sing the gospel but leave moral slobbery for some group that doesn't abuse children and cover it up and practices racism as a normal thing.
