Why Does God Answer some prayers for healing "Yes" and not others?
Why Does God Answer some prayers for healing "Yes" and not others?
I don't know.
Jesus,
He did the impossible.
He cleansed the leper.
He can and does cleanse us of sin, guilt and shame.
He works long distance.
He can use people praying together over many miles distance.
He can use outsiders.
He can take a fevered person and turn them into a fever free person.
He carries away our infirmities.
He heals our diseases.
He uses well trained and equipped doctors and nurses.
He uses atheist doctors who don't believe God exists to heal people created in God's image.
He trains His followers that nothing worthwhile is accomplished without sacrifices.
Training in medicine is a tremendous sacrifice.
The work of medicine for doctors and nurses is 24/7/365 work and very draining for those who care.
God uses them to heal folks.
When we learn there is a major or even minor illness there is a storm in our hearts.
Jesus calms the storm.
Healing has a cost.
Thank God for Jesus our healer.
Thank God for doctors and nurses.
Thank God for prayer and connection with Him and others without regard for miles or distance.
The long term plan for God to have us at home with Him in a place where there is no sickness, mourning or death. His timing is always right. He is God and I am not. I will continue to cry out to Him in praise and at times in hurt and frustration over healing matters.
Why Does God Answer some prayers for healing "Yes" and not others?
I don't know.
