9.4-Why does our world often de value children?
9.4-
We have so many news stories of little children being hurt in a variety of ways. Children left in a car and dying of heat. Parents distracted by multiple tasks. A husband who is texting his mistress and forgets to take a child out of a car seat. They child dies and the father is put on trial in Georgia.
This world does not value children in the way that Jesus does. To many in this world, children are an annoyance. When people get a seat by them on the airplane they asked to be moved. How sad!
Luke 17.
17 He said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that [a]stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! 2 It [b]would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.
