9.7- Those who sincerely seek God

 9.7-

Those who sincerely seek God are rewarded with a relationship with the creator and sustainer of the universe. If we are honest with ourselves and others He helps us be the best we can be. Wow! What a life!


2 Timothy 4.

6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; 8 in the future there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.

 6.10- The Power of Keeping a Confidence I have a close friend who started listening to my confidential words 46 years ago. He guards his lips and preserves secrets and deep friendship.  8.16- Confidence is a good thing. A well trained Olympic athlete is very confident. They train four years or longer for this moment on beam and fall down the beam or fall of the beam. They fly off and miss the uneven bars. Knowing they cannot win a medal. They have messed up and gone off the horse. What do they do? They get back on the horse. They finish their routine with a confident smile. They do not let that failure define them. Our life is not marked by a failure unless we allow it to be. The choice is ours.  8.13- If we want to be a helpers of people who are lost, confused and living in chaos it is critical to balance our lives. We need to separate from people who are overly afraid. We need much time with people who are not confused and who remind us to not be afraid. We also need time away from all people to rest and refuel in the countryside, gardens, beaches, lakes, mountains and places of restful sleep. At the right time we will have mental, emotional, physical and especially spiritual energy to lead people to settle down, chunk problems down to size and overcome. Then we can pray for wisdom and give thanks for being a part of the positive change from confusion and lack to peace order and abundant provision.
