Only One Appointment is Necessary

Dear Larry,

As a follower of Me there will be times that people won’t like you.  Some may even resent you or hate you or wish you were dead.  Don’t let that keep you from following Me.  Stand for what I stood for.  Life is more than this life on earth.  It is appointed for all men to die and after that the judgment of God for people's actions.  Hard times will come and these are opportunities for your love for God and people to grow deeper.

He is compassionate. He is gracious. he is slow to anger.  He is abounding in love.  4.24- Spiritual growth with God happens most commonly in times of intense stress and suffering. Scripture indicates the best prayers are honest conversations between God and some of His children.  Moses. Jonah.
