7.30-In this crazy world, what works?

When someone says they don't need any forgiveness, it shows that they don't know God and they don't have any realistic connection with their own life.

If there is a problem with carrying too much guilt and shame around there are several solutions.
God and He has His ways.
We choose our own ways.

We get guilt which is meant to help us to move toward confession, forgiveness and a fresh start..

In the world since Adam and Eve, the evil one either tries to get rid of guilt by
getting rid of a rules which doesn't work.
or
Slandering God as a God who doesn't want the best for us which isn't true.
or
training students to believe that there is no design to the universe
and no designer
and hence no accountability to any one or any thing.

This gets rid of human beings as being any different from the slime in the ocean.
These things don't work.

What does work is compassion, forgiveness, mercy and a fresh start with honesty and truth. God provides this for us if we choose to follow His Son Jesus Christ. Lover of sinners.

John 3.
16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His [e]only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

9.4- Broken eggs. I had been warned Don't try to carry too much in from the grocery store at once. Learn the hard way or the easy way. Why does the only thing that falls off is the most fragile?  9.2- There was this grasshopper who appeared to be very old and very wounded. He drug himself along. Where he was amazed me. On the ground level at the gas station near Gordon Texas was dirt and oil and the danger of feet and tires. As I pumped 39.30 worth of fuel I wondered how did he get out of the dirt and danger to the safety of the top of the gas pump? As I get older I sometimes feel I am dragging along like a grasshopper. My spirit is fueled by seeing how my life includes my maker providing safety for me by the help of family, friends and strangers. Two such are my nephew, Lynn And Sheri Luttrell. He is a prof. at ACU and she the owner and leader of stepping Stones school. Got to spent two days of fun, 42 and homemade ice cream last week.  9.3- I have been given a bed to go to sleep in where a window is high and laying on my back I can see the moon at times. Flat of my back I can choose to think of the maker of the moon.
