The outcome of hard times

-

May the outcome of all my times of weariness
and feeling heavily loaded down,
regardless of the cause,
suffering for unknown or known reasons,
Be that I draw closer to Jesus,
That I receive His rest,
That I experience a new level of His gentleness,
a new level of humility of heart
and complete rest of soul.
Because, at last, I'm teamed up with Jesus.
He carries the main load so my burden is light.
Therefore, I will exult in tribulations,
I'm developing perseverance and
My character is being proven to me.
My hope is stronger,
I feel no disappointment because God's love is being
poured into my heart through the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 11, Romans 5.

 4.24- Spiritual growth with God happens most commonly in times of intense stress and suffering. Scripture indicates the best prayers are honest conversations between God and some of His children.  Moses. Jonah.
