Everyone Will See Him Max Lucado
“After I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be
With me so that you may be where I am.” Jesus John 14:3

Someday, according to Christ, He will set us free. He will come back.

In the blink of an eye, as fast as the lightning flashes from the east to the west, He will come back. And everyone will see him – you will, I will. Bodies will push back the dirt and break the surface of the sea. The earth will tremble, the sky will roar, and those who do not know Him will shudder. But in that hour you will not fear, because you know Him.

He is compassionate. He is gracious. he is slow to anger.  He is abounding in love.  4.24- Spiritual growth with God happens most commonly in times of intense stress and suffering. Scripture indicates the best prayers are honest conversations between God and some of His children.  Moses. Jonah. David and others had powerful conversations together.  The poetry of the prayers and the drama is developed through dark times of pain.   Jesus, famous sermon on the Mountain that gives the basic tenets of his way of life is set up to encourage the poor and suffering who are under attack of very difficult times.  We don't have a prayer problem as much as we have a comfort problem.   We want to be disciple of Jesus without any times of discomfort.  This is not possible because learning by its nature is a discipline  A man heard a great performance of a famous musician.  He came to compliment the man and said, "I would give my life to play like that."  The man said, "That is what it has cost me is my life."  A resear...
