Open the eyes of our hearts Lord.
Help usTo see people as You see them.
To see the universe and night sky with curiosity of a child. Until modern telescopes, Hubble and Webb we thought the Milky Way Galaxy is all there is. Now we know bettrr.
God's complexity from an ant to 200 billion galaxies. When we pray let's pray big prayers to a big God. God creates beauty. He cleans up our messes.
I had a glass jar of gravy and grease which fell from a top frig shelf to the floor. Oops. How to turn mess to beauy. I groaned and cried out to God. He helped me to wipe it up and throughly sweep the glass.
God is our helper.i want to ask Him to clean up all my messes.

1 Lord, our Lord,
    how majestic is your name in all the earth!

You have set your glory
    in the heavens.
2 Through the praise of children and infants
    you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
    to silence the foe and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens,
    the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
    which you have set in place,
4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
    human beings that you care for them?[c]

5 You have made them[d] a little lower than the angels[e]
    and crowned them[f] with glory and honor.
6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
    you put everything under their[g] feet:
7 all flocks and herds,
    and the animals of the wild,
8 the birds in the sky,
    and the fish in the sea,
    all that swim the paths of the seas.

9 Lord, our Lord,
    how majestic is your name in all the earth!

He is compassionate. He is gracious. he is slow to anger.  He is abounding in love.  4.24- Spiritual growth with God happens most commonly in times of intense stress and suffering. Scripture indicates the best prayers are honest conversations between God and some of His children.  Moses. Jonah. David and others had powerful conversations together.  The poetry of the prayers and the drama is developed through dark times of pain.   Jesus, famous sermon on the Mountain that gives the basic tenets of his way of life is set up to encourage the poor and suffering who are under attack of very difficult times.  We don't have a prayer problem as much as we have a comfort problem.   We want to be disciple of Jesus without any times of discomfort.  This is not possible because learning by its nature is a discipline  A man heard a great performance of a famous musician.  He came to compliment the man and said, "I would give my life to play like that."  The man said, "That is what it has cost me is my life."  A resear...
